I bought this unit so each pour I do will be the same through the night. I have a tendency to increase the spirit pour as the night goes on. This way, it’s always the same. Works mint. Absolutely worth the money
I hate wasting wine but most of the time we cannot finish the bottle. This tool helps with the distribution of the wine as well as saving the wine. I can keep it on the bottle until the next time I serve wine and it tastes like the first day.
Me and my husband normally drink maybe 1-2 bottles of wine a month and I never thought about getting something like this, but it makes a huge difference in the flavor! The aeration brings out so much more flavor in my favorite wine that I didn't even know was there. The automatic pour setting works well, and is especially helpful if you're on a diet and keeping to strict amounts. It's very easy to use, and to clean, and I've had no issues with leaking in the many glasses I've filled since I received it. It can be a little noisy, which doesn't bother me personally but my dog was not happy the first time I used it. It's also fit every bottle I've tried it on so far, and it's gotten to the point I use this every time we drink wine because it just tastes so much better!
This decanter has been great and is super easy to use. My boyfriend and I love having wine nights so this was the perfect gift.
